She is by far the ONLY person I will trust to watch my kids when we are away. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that are my babies! We met back in 2010 when she worked for me at Petsmart (so I knew her love for animals). When I saw she was petsitting I actually offered to pay her more to come to my house for me (she was about an hour away). There were multiple sitters in my area less expensive but no one whom I knew I could trust like her. My kids love her and she adds a personal touch by getting them treats they may like and Christmas presents. She sends pictures while I am gone so that I do not have to worry when I go on vacation and also ensures everything is taken care of with the house. She has been sitting for me for about 2-3 years now and I recommend her to all my friends and family. I hope this helps! Your furkids could not be in better hands!

Lia is amazing! We have two Rhodesian ridgebacks and she is always on time gives us updates and pictures every day. Piper Cub is a tough one to win over but Lia has won her heart and in return won all of ours. I highly recommend her and her services. I've been using Ruff World Pet Services for months now and could not be more pleased. My little-mixed Yorkie was less than a year old and really scared of his own shadow. I was very concerned about having a stranger handle hin twice a day but he needed the exercise and I am on a waler. Lia was a delight. I knew as soon as she met Whiskey everything would work out and now he starts getting ready for his walk before she gets here. The other day I was taking him with me to the leasing office and one of his friends he made through Lia told me that Whiskey really is a very happy puppy and I give much credit for that to Lia. She's very thoughtful and incredibly caring towards her charges and I could not recommend her more highly!

I would not trust my dogs with anyone except Lia. She is top notch! Her first visit when we only had 1 dog, she ended up having to spend a few extra minutes to get our scared dog out from under the bed. She waited patiently until he came out to her, and then he was the happiest pup on the walk! After that, anytime Lia comes over, hes so happy to see her! We ended up getting a 2nd dog and I think hes in love with her. Shes so patient and puts the dogs needs first. She never leaves without making sure they have gone potty and always checks their water. I get constant updates during the visit with pictures and videos and she always lets me know when shes arriving and leaving. She has been there for us when we have had last minute needs as well.
